FINAL VIDEO

 

My final Music Video I was pleased with as it’s evident that all my planning had taken effect in there. There are certain parts that I may have changed due to the fact I didn’t think it went with the rest of the video, also I found bits that I thought shouldn’t have been repeated. My Music Video I found was successful to me as it was how I pictured it to begin with and all the time I spent completing story boards, planning the timing, Mise-en-scene and the outfits actually worked. There is not a major amount of effects in the video, but I wanted to keep it fairly simple to fit the theme of the video, as I believe lots of effects wouldn’t have worked well as it wouldn’t have fit the overall genre.
The equipment i used for my video was a shoulder mount, it proved to be really sucessfull apart from when I had to zoom in and out from far distances, but the rest it worked really well for as most of the shots were at different places, in different speeds at different angles.



Clothing ideas for my video

These clothing ideas I would like to use in my video, as I think they will look good when the video is put into black and white. They will also fit with the theme of the music video.

Test Footage Shadow

 

This test footage inspired me to try this against the water with my horse, hopefully resulting in seeing him run past the water only by seeing his shadow; I think this will look really good in black and white as his colour will then really stand out against the water. The use of this test footage allowed me to gain experience not only practicing it on the camera but then how to carry out editing it on the computer, I think it’s a really effective effect and would fit really well with the genre of my music video as it’s a simple effect like the other effects on plan on using in my music video.
